1. Manuscript Preparation and Formatting

• File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx); PDF previews optional.
• Font & Spacing: 12-pt Times New Roman or Arial, double-spaced text.
• Margins: 1-inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
• Headers: Number pages in top-right; include a running head (max 50 chars) flush left.
• Word Limit: 8,000–12,000 words excluding references/appendices.

2. Citation and Reference Style (APA 7th Edition)

All manuscripts must strictly follow APA 7th edition formatting:

• In-text citations: Parenthetical (Smith, 2020) or narrative Smith (2020). Use "et al." for 3+ authors.
• Reference list: Alphabetical by first author's surname with a hanging indent.

Author, A. A. (Year). Title of book. Publisher.

3. Detailed Manuscript Structure

1. Title Page: Separate file with Title (max 15 words), authors, affiliations, ORCID, and corresponding author details.
2. Abstract: Max 150 words (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions) + 3–5 keywords.
3. Main Text: Introduction, Literature Review, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
4. Headings: Level 1 (Centered, Bold); Level 2 (Left-aligned, Bold Italic).
5. Tables/Figures: Numbered sequentially; titles above tables/below figures.

4. Submission Procedure

• Cover Letter: Confirm originality, no dual submission, ethics compliance, and plagiarism check (<15%).
• Process: Email to info@indgr.org with subject "Submission: [Short Title]".
• Timeline: Acknowledgment in 48 hours; first decision in 30–45 days.

5. Ethical and Copyright Policies

• Integrity: Plagiarism and data fabrication are strictly prohibited. AI usage must be disclosed.
• Open Access: Published via CC-BY; APC details provided post-acceptance.
• Post-Acceptance: Proofreading must be completed within 48 hours.
